Pheonyx Club is 100% Gurjan Plywood in which the core, middle panels, front and back faces, everything is completely made out of Gurjan wood, imported directly from Malaysia and Burma. This product has highest strength to weight ratio and strong resistance to microorganisms. The product is versatile as well as attractive with beautiful reddish brown color. A 19mm 8*4 Plywood sheet of Gurjan plywood should weigh around 48 Kgs. It is a premium BWP Marine Grade plywood which is developed considering all the parameters of IS: 710. It is Borer- termite proof and comes with a 25 year warranty.
Pheonyx Excel 710 is an alternate layer ply made from two distinct types of wood cores, poplar wood core and red Eucalyptus wood core, stacked on the other hand layer by layer and placed alternatively. Along these lines, it gives the red and white look from edges of the sheet. In addition, the good quality Gurjan face veneers are used delivering high-quality finish to the ply product. It is a BWP Marine Grade plywood which is developed considering all the parameters of IS: 710. It is Borer- termite proof and comes with a 15 year warranty.
Pheonyx LTW ( Fire retardant plywood) is made from red Eucalyptus timber, but with every core veneer undergoing diffusive impregnation ensuring resistance to ignition and flame penetration for at least 30 minutes. Pheonyx Gold 710 is a full red core plywood made from Eucalyptus timber having enhanced strength, density, dimensional stability, and performance capability in comparison to Excel710. A 19mm 8*4 Plywood sheet of red Eucalyptus should weigh around 42 Kgs. Eucalyptus made plywood is preferred over Poplar or alternate core product since poplar is softer and weaker then Eucalyptus and is generally susceptible to borer and termite infestation.
